This project was structured around two main components. First, there was the desire to add space upstairs to add storage and expand the existing bathroom. It is for this reason that a section of mansard roof was added to the rear of the house, which made it possible to raise the ceiling height of the living spaces and use what were once unusable attics. Next, customers want to be able to enjoy the outdoor space for a longer period of the year by fitting out a 4-season glass roof and fitting out a space to accommodate an outdoor spa. All while rejuvenating the exterior of the property.
